Damer A won their 5th straight 3-0 (25-12, 25-13, 25-19) win, this time at home against Hylte/Halmstad B.
On the home court in Idrottshallen the big crowd helped to created a fantastic atmosphere which lead the way for the girls, and they all responded in positive fashion.
Offensively we executed most of our gameplan with a lot of attacks over the middle, and a faster tempo to the pin hitters, and setter Maja Bach earned game MVP (by game sponsor Euro Finans) after a great performance guiding the troops in the first two sets before being relieved from duty by Matea. Maja scored 6 points today including 2 blocks and 2 aces.

Not everything went as we wanted though… We made a lot of unforced errors today with 14 serving errors and a handful of miscues in defensive communication. All something we will focus more on as we head forward.
All in all the girls earned a big win today and we continue our streak of wins this season. As a team we have made huge steps towards the goals we set for ourselves before the season, and we are hungry for more.
Today’s topscorer was Anna Westerlund with 12 points including 3 block kills. Also making double digit points (for a fifth consecutive match) was Lovisa Bergh with 10 points.
Thank you to the fans who made today extra special, and thanks to Lunds kommun for sponsoring today’s match.
