Dam A takes another 3-0 (26-24, 25-18, 25-16) home win!
Late this Friday evening our girls took on local rivals from Malmö, in what was another chance for our girls to test their mental toughness.
We fell behind 8-1 in the first set after a ton of mistakes and lack of focus from the get go, but we tied the score at 12-12 and the game was tight the rest of the way until we closed out the set at 26-24 after having missed the chance at 24-23. In this set the girls proved their mental strength, kept calm and stayed aggressive.
2nd and 3rd set never saw Malmö with the same success with their serving, except for a short period in the 3rd set, and we took the match comfortably.
Lovisa Bergh was voted match MVP by our game sponsor from Actic, and she also shared topscorer of the game along side Sara Hansson both with 13 points. Also cracking double digits was Anna Westerlund with 10 points.

After each game we also vote our own MVP to honor a special performance of the day. Today it was Libero Hannamaria Tomasson who had no less than 10 digs and was a huge contribution to our comfortable win.

The girls will travel to Denmark on Monday to scrimmage Nordic Champions from Brøndby in a match where we need to see how far we are from being competitive at the highest level.
Thank you to everyone helping out at the game today, and to our fans always making it fun to play at home.
