Lunds VK Recreational Team 3 (Motion 3) är en grupp med svenska och internationella medlemmar som tränar och spelar tillsammans. Medlemmar från Lunds VK Recreational Team 3 spelar i Lunds VK Motion Mix Serien och Lunds VK Motion Fria Serien.

Lunds Vk Recreational Team 3 is a group with swedish and international members that train and play together. Some members of the Lunds VK Recreational Team 3 play matches in the Lunds VK Recreational Mixed League, and the Lunds VK Recreational Free League.
