Fjärde raka segern för Damer A

Dam A won this Saturday afternoon their 2nd win at home and the 4th straight win this season under new headcoach Michael Jensen.

Lunds VK – Warberg 3-0 (25-14, 25-13, 25-15)

In front of a big crowd the girls put on a show for most of the match with a clean 3-0 win.

The match started with some nervous play on both sides, but from halfway through the 1st set and until the final whistle, our girls picked up the level of focus and stayed aggressive as planned.
We served very well all match long and that kept us in front in all three sets. We still need to find some answers in our own passing, but it is something we are already putting a lot of emphasis on in practice.

On a day where all girls got to play and contribute to the win, we still had 2 girls with double digit points; Sarah Granath with 10 points including 3 blocks and 2 aces, and top scorer Lovisa Bergh with 13 points. This was Lovisa’s 4th straight match with 10+ points and she has taken a solid lead in the team’s internal competition for most points. MVP today however was Sara Granath who delivered her best match this season and was a big factor in all 3 sets.

The team now looks ahead to 2 weeks of hard practice before our next game.
We are 4-0 on the season but we still have many goals we want to reach, and we know that hard work is the only way to get there.

Thank you to all our supporters coming to watch us play, we want to play well for you.
